mushroom

So yesterday I picked this chicken of the woods mushroom and cleaned it up and stuck it in my freezer. I cooked a small piece of it. It tasted just like chicken and it has the texture just like chicken. Good stuff. I ran into my supervisor at a trailhead yesterday as well and gave him some. I don't think he's going to try it out because he's afraid to get an allergic reaction. That's okay. Today was a pretty good day though. I just did my work stuff and rocked it out. This journaling stuff on blogger is working out pretty good. I'll keep up with it.
